Tiger Analytics is Seeking an MRM & Model Monitoring Consultant with a strong understanding of Model Risk Management, particularly model monitoring frameworks. The role involves executing model monitoring across credit risk, fraud, and marketing models for banking clients, in collaboration with Modeling and Model Monitoring CoE teams.

Responsibilities: 1. Building and maintaining curated data layers, validating key performance and risk metrics, and contributing to model monitoring reports.

- Work with the model monitoring team and interact with the modelling team to understand the model and the model performance.
- Manage model governance processes, including inventory management, tracking issues and findings, reviewing and maintaining model documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Stay abreast of advanced model development techniques and algorithms in line with regulatory requirements; advise model developers on emerging trends and perform ad-hoc analyses related to models as needed.
- Make data-driven recommendations on continued model usage, including decisions on model retirement, redevelopment,



or enhancements.
- Credit risk model/Fraud model/Collections model, monitoring and performing root cause analysis for any drift observed in performance, being able to make recommendations on continued model usage.
- Manage communication with Model owner and senior stakeholders on shortcomings of models and concern areas 8.

Modifying MRM policy and procedure according to compliance and internal policies 9. Lead and contribute to documentation, compliance, and internal/external audit requirements.

Qualifications 1. 8+ years of experience in Model Risk Management and Model Monitoring frameworks.

- Valuable experience in executing model monitoring framework for banks across Credit risk, fraud, marketing etc. 3.

Experience in working with the model monitoring COE 4.

Experience in model development lifecycle and understanding of documentation and regulatory approvals in the US market. 5.

Experience in Credit Card models.
