Role Description The Mobiliser role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, focused on identifying and engaging prospective learners from local communities. The Mobiliser will conduct outreach through community visits, local events, institutions, and partner organizations to inform individuals about Anudip’s training programs and career opportunities. This role involves counseling potential candidates, explaining course offerings and eligibility,



and supporting them through the enrollment process.

The Mobiliser will maintain records of outreach activities, prepare basic reports, and coordinate with training center staff to ensure smooth batch formation and attendance. The position may also require building relationships with community leaders, NGOs, and educational institutions to strengthen Anudip’s presence and mobilization efforts in the region.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with youth and community stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic organizational, record-keeping, and reporting skills to manage outreach data and enrollment information.
- Candidates should possess relationship-building and networking skills to collaborate with local institutions, NGOs, and community leaders.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with local communities and willingness to travel within Noida and nearby areas for field mobilization.
- Relevant qualifications such as a graduate degree in any discipline, prior experience in community mobilization or field outreach, and proficiency in local language(s) and basic English would be beneficial.
- Comfort with using mobile phones, messaging apps, and basic computer applications for communication and data entry would be beneficial.
