Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain MIS/data related to DDU-GKY projects.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain trainee, batch, attendance, assessment, placement, and other project-related data.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Coordinate with Center Managers, Mobilizers, Trainers, and other project teams for data collection.
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain project documentation and records as required.
- Prepare reports for management and project authorities as required.

Required Qualification & Skills





- Must have experience in the DDU-GKY sector.
- Previous experience in MIS/data management in a skill development organization is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
