About the Role

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage our business data, payment follow-ups, and sales analysis. In this role, you will analyze order trends to identify top-selling products, maintain billing and invoicing accuracy, track client payment cycles, and maintain solid customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Data & Product Sales Analysis: Analyze daily/monthly sales data to identify fast-moving products, peak buyer trends, and stock movement to guide inventory and purchasing decisions.
- Payment Tracking & Follow-ups: Maintain detailed payment ledgers, track outstanding receivables, and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely collections.
- Invoicing & Billing Management: Generate, verify, and track sales invoices and credit notes with zero error rate.
- Customer Care & Relationship Management: Act as a key contact point for customer inquiries regarding invoices, order statuses, and ledger reconciliations.
- Executive MIS Reporting: Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management, highlighting payment collection statuses, top customer buying patterns, and product performance.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in an MIS, Data Analyst, or Commercial Operations role (FMCG/Distribution experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Formatting, Formulas).
- Accounting/ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with Tally, Zoho, or similar billing/ERP systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills

Pay: ₹11,187.53 - ₹21,000.00 per month
