Job Title: MIS Executive

Department: Management Information Systems (MIS)

Reports To: Plant Head/Director

Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analysing data, generating reports, and supporting business decision-making. They assist in maintaining databases, automating reports, and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Reporting:

Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of MIS reports.

1. Excel & Data Analysis:

Work with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
1. Automation & Process Improvement:

Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency. Assist in the development and implementation of MIS systems.
1. Database Management:





Maintain and update company databases.
1. Support & Coordination:

Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting needs. Provide support in troubleshooting data and system-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in commerce, IT, business administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in an MIS-related role.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
