Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with hands-on expertise in developing Flow Management Systems (FMS), automated dashboards, and workflow automation using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain department-wise Flow Management Systems (FMS).
- Design interactive dashboards for tracking tasks, workflow progress, and departmental performance.
- Automate reporting processes using Google Apps Script.
- Develop Google Forms integrated with Google Sheets for data collection and workflow management.
- Create automated alerts, notifications, reminders, and approval workflows.
- Maintain data accuracy and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand workflow requirements.
- Improve existing systems through automation and process optimisation.

Required Skills





- 3–6 years of relevant MIS experience.
- Robust knowledge of Google Sheets and Advanced Excel.
- Proven experience in developing Flow Management Systems (FMS).
- Hands-on experience in dashboard creation and automation.
- Practical knowledge of Google Apps Script.
- Experience with Google Forms, Pivot Tables, QUERY, FILTER, IMPORTRANGE, and advanced formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have independently developed end-to-end FMS, automated dashboards, and Google Apps Script-based workflow systems will be preferred.
