Mid Corporate Relationship Manager | Commercial Lending

Compensation: 25 to 50 LPA fixed + variable/bonus up to 300%

We are looking for an experienced Mid Corporate Relationship Manager to drive New-to-Bank (NTB) acquisition and commercial lending relationships with corporates having 200 Cr+ turnover.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire and build relationships with mid/large corporates, typically with lending requirements of 20 Cr+.
- Drive revenue across asset NII, fee income, liabilities and cross-sell opportunities.
- Identify, structure and originate lending opportunities in line with credit and risk policies.
- Build and maintain a high-quality, well-diversified portfolio with strong credit discipline.
- Monitor portfolio performance, customer business and early warning signals, taking timely corrective action.
- Track business KPIs, market developments and competitor activity; provide actionable market intelligence.
- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Product,



Operations and other internal/external stakeholders to execute transactions and deepen relationships.

What We're Looking For

- 7 to 15 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in acquiring Mid Corporate clients for commercial lending.
- Proven experience sourcing corporates with 200 Cr+ turnover and 20 Cr+ lending ticket sizes.
- Strong understanding of corporate credit, financial analysis, working capital/term lending and deal structuring.
- Existing network and demonstrated acquisition track record in the relevant geography.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the same geography being applied for.
- MBA / PG qualification preferred.
