? Work Hours: 2 PM – 11 PM

? Experience: 10–14 Years

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform .

? Key Requirements

- 10–14 years of overall software development experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Strong experience across Sales, Service & Marketing modules
- 2–3 years of Team Lead experience
- Solid hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 customization & configuration
- Experience with Plugins, Workflows, Power Automate & JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with API Integrations
- Experience with Data Migration using ADF or SSIS




- Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps
- Experience with Microsoft CRM Deployments
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps , or similar technologies
- Ability to lead technical design, implementation, and integration of D365 CRM solutions
