Job Title: Manager – MICE Logistics

Location: Azad Nagar, Andheri West

Experience: 6+ Years (MICE / Events Industry Mandatory)

Role Overview:

WeEvents is looking for an experienced MICE Logistics Manager who can independently manage and execute end-to-end logistics for large-scale events, conferences, and group movements with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute end-to-end MICE logistics including travel, accommodation, visas (if applicable), and ground transportation
- Handle large group movements, rooming lists, flight bookings, and transfer schedules
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and on-ground teams
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost optimization and quality delivery
- Prepare and manage detailed logistics plans, timelines, and contingency strategies
- Oversee on-site execution and ensure seamless guest experience
- Handle last-minute changes, escalations, and crisis management efficiently
- Work closely with client servicing, operations, and production teams for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate MIS, reports, and cost tracking





Key Requirements:

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in MICE / Event Logistics (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in travel planning, hotel coordination, and group logistics
- Proven ability to handle large-scale events and high-pressure situations
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours during events

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with corporate events, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach
