Position: Meta Travel Sales Executive Flight Sales

Location: Ghitorni, Current Delhi

Shifts: Rotational Night/Early Morning Shifts (7:00 PM 4:00 AM | 4:00 AM 1:00 PM)

Working Pattern: 5 Days Working | 7 Rotational Offs per month

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound Meta travel sales calls generated through platforms such as Kayak, Cheapflights, and similar travel meta search engines.

Identify customer travel requirements and offer customized, suitable flight options.

Efficiently navigate Amadeus GDS to check flight availability, fare classes, and complete bookings.

Handle customer queries related to flight tickets, fare rules, seat selection, flight modifications, and cancellations.

Convert prospective sales leads into confirmed flight bookings while driving target achievement.

Maintain high quality during sales conversations and ensure accurate airline policy communication.

Perform follow-ups with customers to maximize sales conversions and revenue opportunities.

Mandatory Requirements Candidate Profile

Experience:



Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel/Flight Sales.

Meta Sales: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Travel Sales (Mandatory).

GDS Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of Amadeus GDS is mandatory.

Skills: Excellent verbal English communication skills, active listening, and strong sales negotiation/convincing capabilities.

Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working rotational shifts (including night shifts).

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Perks Working Terms

Salary: Up to 50,000 / month (Negotiable based on experience and interview evaluation).

Work Week: 5 Days Working with 7 Rotational Offs per month.

Facilities Note: No Cab No Meal facility provided.

Selection Process

Round 1: Telephonic Interview

Round 2: Face-to-Face Interview (Post 7:00 PM at Ghitorni Office)
