We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Expert who can manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, conversions, and overall sales.

Preferred candidate profile

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Develop effective campaign strategies based on business goals and target audiences.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting, and audience segmentation.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Identify recent audiences, retargeting opportunities, and customer segments.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce customer acquisition costs.
