Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own, prioritize, and manage the MES product backlog to align with factory modernization goals and smart manufacturing roadmaps.
- Requirement Orchestration: Translate complex shop-floor business processes (production scheduling, tracking, quality control, inventory) into crisp user stories and detailed functional specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with plant managers, automation engineers, IT/OT architects, and external vendors to ensure seamless systems integration (e.g., ERP to MES to SCADA/PLC
- Sprint & Agile Delivery: Lead core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story mapping, and product demos.




- Value Realization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on operational efficiency, cycle-time reductions, and data accuracy across manufacturing lines
- Industry Experience: 8 to 12+ years of total experience, with a solid track record in a Product Owner or Product Manager capacity specifically within manufacturing domain solutions.
- MES Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of leading commercial MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Dassault Apriso, or Aveva) alongside ISA-95 standards.
- Manufacturing Systems (IT/OT): Strong familiarity with adjacent shop-floor technologies like PLM, industrial IoT (IIoT), digital twins, and SCADA automation.
- Agile Frameworks: Skilled proficiency using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog maintenance, alongside Confluence for product documentation
