About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Intern to join our merchandising team. This internship provides an chance to gain practical exposure to apparel merchandising,

order coordination, product development, and production follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the merchandising team in day-to-day activities and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate with design, production, sourcing, quality and other internal teams.
- Maintain and update order sheets, product details and production records.
- Assist with sample development and follow-up.
- Support preparation of tech packs, purchase orders and other merchandising documents.
- Track production status, approvals, deliveries and timelines.
- Assist in communicating with vendors and suppliers as required.
- Help with fabric, trims and accessory follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for assigned orders.




- Perform other merchandising-related tasks assigned by the team.
- Requirements
- Students or recent graduates in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Apparel
- Merchandising, Textile Design, Garment Technology or a related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced apparel environment.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
