Role DescriptionThe Merchandiser is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing product assortments, monitoring inventory and sales performance, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring timely product availability. The role also involves store/client visits, maintaining product displays and brand consistency, supporting promotions, preparing reports, and resolving product, pricing, and delivery issues.

Qualifications





- Strong communication, customer service, sales, retail, and marketing skills.
- Experience in merchandising, textiles, apparel, retail, or wholesale is preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in sales, stock, and margin data.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation tools, and inventory/merchandising systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Fashion, Textiles, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
