Role Summary

We are looking for an MEP Engineer to support the supervision and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services for high-rise residential developments. The role involves monitoring site execution, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•

Monitor day-to-day MEP execution at site

•

Ensure installation as per approved drawings and specifications

•

Coordinate service routing with structural and architectural teams

•

Supervise installation of Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems

•

Track site progress and support project reporting

•





Assist in resolving service clashes and coordination issues

•

Support testing and commissioning activities

•

Maintain inspection records and site documentation

•

Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

Required Experience

•

3–5 years experience in MEP execution for building projects

•

Experience in residential or commercial construction

•

Ability to understand MEP drawings and layouts

•

Experience working with MEP contractors and site teams

Preferred Skills

•

Exposure to high-rise residential projects

•

Basic understanding of MIVAN construction coordination

•

Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic MEP coordination drawings

•

Good communication and coordination skills

Reporting Structure

Reports To: Senior MEP Engineer / Assistant Manager – MEP

Coordination With: Planning Team, QA/QC Team, Structural Engineers, Architectural Team, Contractors

Recruitment Note

Only candidates with relevant MEP execution experience in building construction projects will be considered.

Eligibility Criteria

- BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

- 3-5 years of MEP experience in high-rise residential projects.

- Mandatory exposure to MIVAN-based high-rise construction.

- Experience handling projects of G+20 floors and above preferred.

- Strong understanding of integrated MEP coordination in vertical developments.

- Experience in testing, commissioning, and statutory approvals.

- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
