Senior MEP Engineer - Solar

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer (Solar) with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support the design, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems for solar power projects.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, technical compliance, and timely execution while coordinating effectively with project, civil, electrical, and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, review, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for solar power projects.
- Coordinate with project, civil, electrical, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with applicable standards, safety regulations, quality requirements, and project specifications.
- Prepare and review BOQs, technical documentation, drawings, reports, and project-related documents.




- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for MEP-related activities and ensure timely execution.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and provide appropriate
- engineering support.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance.
- Support project teams in achieving planned timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain proper records and reports related to MEP activities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering.
- Experience in solar power projects or the renewable energy sector will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Familiarity with solar project execution, site coordination, and MEP installation activities will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication, coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.
