Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying & Estimation

- Prepare quantity take-offs from mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
- Verify quantities executed at site and maintain quantity reconciliation records.
- Support estimation and budgeting activities for mechanical works.

Billing & Cost Control
- Verify contractor and vendor bills against executed quantities and contract terms.
- Assist in preparation of running account (RA) bills and final bill certifications.
- Track project costs and support cost control initiatives.
- Maintain records of variations, change orders, and additional works.

Procurement Support
- Assist in technical and commercial evaluation of quotations received from vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for material and subcontractor packages.




- Support preparation of comparative statements and recommendation reports.

Contract Administration
- Assist in reviewing mechanical work contracts and subcontract agreements.
- Maintain records of contract documents, amendments, and variation orders.
- Monitor contractual compliance and support claim evaluations.

Site Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for quantity verification and work measurements.
- Conduct site visits to validate executed works and progress claims.
- Support project teams in resolving quantity and billing discrepancies.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of quantities, bills, cost reports, and contractual documents.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports related to project costs and billing status.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
