Our AI-driven Data Access Governance and Security platform enables organisations to comprehensively manage, control, and monitor access to sensitive data across major cloud providers. Theom was founded in 2020 by an experienced team with extensive backgrounds at Google, Yahoo, and Cisco. These security practitioners, who had previously created Tetration Analytics—one of the first Zero Trust cloud security platforms—united their expertise to build cutting-edge solutions for protecting and governing enterprise data in the cloud.

What youʼll do

- Design for Scale: Architect and implement highly scalable software features for our data security platform, ensuring performance across Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, and AWS environments.
- Quality & Release Automation: Architect comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test frameworks that simulate complex multi-cloud environments. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to fully automate the release lifecycle, ensuring zero-downtime deployments and high reliability.
- Advanced Threat Detection: Build robust systems capable of processing vast amounts of data to identify suspicious access patterns and potential breaches in real-time.
- Data Governance: Develop sophisticated solutions for data classification, discovery, and granular access control without moving customer data.
- Innovate with AI:



Integrate GenAI and LLM technologies to enhance platform capabilities

What we’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong development and debugging skills in modern languages such as Golang, Python, Java, C++, etc.
- Modern Development Practices: Experience using or a strong interest in adopting AI-assisted workflows to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation workflows.
- Core Fundamentals: Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design patterns.
- Cloud Fluency: Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and modern data platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ownership & Drive: Highly motivated and capable of owning and developing features end-to-end, from design through deployment.

Bonus Points:

- Generative AI Development: Experience building applications using OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or vector databases.
- Scale: Experience solving data engineering problems at a production scale with high throughput.
- Infrastructure: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and distributed computing technologies.




- Global team exposure: Experience working with US-based teams or clients.
