We are looking for a skilled Memory CAD Engineer to support memory IP development through SPICE simulations, characterization, and automation. The ideal candidate will have experience in memory technologies such as SRAM/eFuse, along with strong scripting and simulation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and support large-scale SPICE simulations for eFuse/SRAM development.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance simulation methodologies and automation flows.
- Enhance characterization infrastructure and simulation efficiency.
- Drive design productivity improvements through scripting, flow optimization, and tool automation.
- Collaborate with design engineers to improve verification coverage and reduce development cycle time.




- Contribute to methodology standardization and best practices across memory IP projects.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SPICE simulation environments and custom circuit validation.
- Experience with eFuse, SRAM, or other memory/compiler-based IPs.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.
- Familiarity with characterization, data analysis, and regression methodologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
