We are looking for an experienced and responsible Medical Superintendent to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the Clinical Psychology Department.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day clinical and administrative operations.
- Coordinate with Clinical Psychologists, doctors, counsellors and support staff.
- Ensure smooth patient care and clinical service delivery.
- Monitor departmental records, appointments and patient services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable clinical, institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with management for effective functioning of the department.

Eligibility
- Relevant qualification in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Healthcare Administration.
- Relevant experience in hospital, healthcare, mental-health or clinical settings preferred.
- Solid administrative, coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable clinical and regulatory requirements.
