Job Title: Medicine PickerJob Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Medicine Picker to pick, verify, pack, and prepare medicines for customer orders or pharmacy dispatch. The candidate should be able to read medicine names and quantities accurately and follow pharmacy and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick medicines and healthcare products according to customer or pharmacy orders.
- Verify the medicine name, strength, quantity, batch number, and expiry date before packing.
- Ensure the correct product is selected and avoid picking errors.
- Arrange medicines properly in designated storage locations.
- Pack medicines safely according to company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking and storage areas.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices as instructed.
- Report damaged, missing, expired, or incorrectly stored medicines to the supervisor.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
- Follow all company, pharmacy, and safety procedures.
- Complete picking and dispatch tasks within the required time.

Requirements




- Minimum education: 10th/12th standard or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, warehouse, medical store, or order-picking role is an advantage.
- Basic ability to read and understand medicine names and labels.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately in a rapid-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge may be required.
