Medical Representative (MR)

Location: Pune | Experience: 1–2 Years | Job Type: Full time

We’re looking for a motivated Medical Representative to promote healthcare/pharmaceutical products and build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Responsibilities

- Visit doctors and healthcare professionals regularly.
- Promote products and generate sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Use WhatsApp automation for customer communication and follow-ups.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit regular sales/visit reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp automation and digital communication tools.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Prior pharma/healthcare sales experience preferred.

Salary: 15000 - 20000 + Performance-Based Incentives

Incentive Structure

- ₹1 Lakh Sales → 2% Commission
- ₹2 Lakh Sales → 3% Commission
- Slab-wise incentives will increase based on sales performance.
