NORIX is hiring a Senior Medical Device Sales Representative to drive sales and business development for our medical device portfolio.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with 5–10+ years of experience, preferably in medical devices, surgical products, medical equipment, healthcare products, hospital sales, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell NORIX medical devices to hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions, doctors and distributors.
- Develop new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and develop the assigned territory.
- Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
- Coordinate with the company for quotations, orders, delivery and customer support.
- Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory for customer visits and business development.

Candidate Requirements:





- 5–10+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- Experience in medical device/medical equipment/surgical/healthcare sales will be strongly preferred.
- Experience dealing with hospitals, doctors, distributors or institutional buyers is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently develop a territory and generate business.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and profile. Additional Benefits: Applicable travel/field allowances will be provided.

Joining: Expected after Diwali. Candidates can be interviewed and selected in advance.

Important: Candidates with direct medical-device or medical-equipment sales experience are preferred over candidates with only general/FMCG sales experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
