Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller & Payment Posting Specialist with a strong understanding of US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate billing, payment posting, and ensuring compliance with payer guidelines and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Billing:

- Prepare and submit accurate claims (CMS-1500/UB-04)
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Ensure proper coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
- Handle claim rejections and denials

Payment Posting

- Post payments from EOBs/ERAs
- Reconcile payments with records
- Identify underpayments/overpayments

Denial & AR Support:

- Analyze denials
- Coordinate with AR teams
- Maintain documentation

Required Skills & Qualification

- 1–3 years in US Medical Billing & Payment Posting
- Knowledge of RCM cycle
- Familiarity with HIPAA and payer policies
- Experience with billing software
- Solid attention to detail
