About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and scientifically driven Medical Advisor / Regional Medical Advisor to join our Medical Affairs team. This role offers the prospect to shape medical strategy, engage with leading healthcare experts, drive scientific exchange, and contribute to evidence generation that improves patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted scientific partner to both external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring that medical activities are patient-centric, evidence-based, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Strategy & Scientific Leadership

- Develop and execute medical affairs plans aligned with business and patient needs.
- Provide scientific and clinical expertise for assigned therapy areas and products.
- Translate emerging evidence into meaningful medical insights and strategic recommendations.

External Expert Engagement

- Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and healthcare professionals.
- Lead scientific discussions, advisory boards, expert meetings, and educational initiatives.
- Gather actionable medical insights to inform strategy and evidence generation priorities.

Evidence Generation & Scientific Communication

- Support local evidence generation initiatives, including real-world studies, registries,



and investigator-sponsored research.
- Drive publication planning and scientific dissemination activities.
- Present and discuss scientific data at medical meetings, congresses, and educational forums.

Cross-Functional Partnership

- Collaborate with Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, Pharmacovigilance, and Global Medical teams.
- Provide medical review of scientific and promotional materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support product launches, lifecycle management, and internal capability building through medical training.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry codes, and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high standards of scientific integrity and ethical conduct.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBBS / MD / PharmD / MPharm / PhD/MDS or equivalent life sciences qualification.
- Relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or the pharmaceutical industry; preferably 2-3 years.
- Strong understanding of clinical research, medical communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in evidence generation, scientific exchange, and KOL management is desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
