Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Validation Engineer with hands-on experience in railway/metro rolling stock testing and validation. The role involves test procedure preparation, practical test execution, result analysis, and test report preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review test procedures, protocols, and test reports.
- Execute mechanical validation and testing activities for railway/metro rolling stock.
- Coordinate with engineering and testing teams during test execution.
- Record, analyze, and document test results.
- Identify and report testing deviations and issues.
- Ensure testing complies with approved procedures and requirements.

Required Test Experience





Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Bogie Rotational / Rotation Test
- Wheel Off-Loading Test

- Sway Test

- Car Body Compression Test

- Ride Comfort Test

- Climatic Chamber Test
- Car-to-Car Clearance Test
- Car-to-Bogie Clearance Test

Requirements

- 8–10 years of mechanical testing/validation experience.
- Solid experience in Railway / Metro / Rolling Stock / Rail Vehicle validation.
- Hands-on test execution experience is mandatory.
- Experience in test procedure and test report preparation/review.
- Strong mechanical engineering and validation knowledge.
- Candidates with only design, production, maintenance, or documentation experience without practical testing exposure will not be considered.
