Role Description The Mechanical Third Party Inspection Engineer will perform daily on-site inspections of mechanical equipment and systems at client facilities in Dahej. This full time role includes reviewing technical drawings and specifications, conducting visual and dimensional checks, verifying installation and maintenance work, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements. The engineer will prepare detailed inspection reports, document non-conformities, and collaborate with client teams to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities also include coordinating inspection schedules, using measurement tools and basic CAD references where needed,



and maintaining accurate records for audits and certifications. The position requires consistent on-site presence, adherence to safety protocols, and clear communication with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with practical knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
- Hands-on experience in Inspection activities, including visual, dimensional, and quality checks of mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of Maintenance practices for mechanical assets in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layouts.
- Exposure to Automotive or similar heavy industrial sectors, with understanding of relevant standards and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Dahej, follow safety guidelines, and use inspection instruments and tools effectively.
- Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to prepare clear, concise inspection reports.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with client engineers, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
- Previous experience in third-party or quality inspection roles is an advantage.
