Mechanical Maintenance Technician / Engineer

We are hiring Mechanical Maintenance professionals for a valve manufacturing plant.

Job Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machines and plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems in production machinery.
- Inspect and maintain gearboxes, bearings, pumps, motors, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform lubrication, alignment and replacement of mechanical components.
- Identify abnormal noise, vibration, leakage and other mechanical issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance according to the scheduled maintenance plan.
- Support machine installation, commissioning and modification activities.
- Maintain spare parts and maintenance records.
- Identify recurring breakdowns and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and electrical maintenance teams during breakdowns.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification:



ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Fitter / Production / Automobile or relevant trade
- Experience in industrial / manufacturing machine maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems will be an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualification may also apply, depending on the requirement.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
