Job Summary

Core Institute of Technology is looking for a skilled and passionate Mechanical Faculty / Trainer to train students and professionals in Mechanical Engineering design, MEP concepts, and industry-relevant software applications. Candidates with solid technical knowledge and practical software skills are encouraged to apply. Teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions on Mechanical Engineering and MEP concepts.
- Teach industry-standard software used in mechanical design and project execution.
- Support students through practical, project-based learning.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in real-time industry projects and portfolio development.




- Monitor student progress and provide technical mentorship.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of MEP Design concepts.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, and MS Excel.
- Understanding of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Mechanical Systems.
- Basic knowledge of project coordination and construction workflows.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Autodesk Recap, COBie, and Autodesk Insight.
- Understanding of LOD 100–500 standards.
- Experience in handling capstone projects and portfolio development.
- Teaching or industry experience preferred.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.Tech / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers with software skills can apply.
