Roles and Responsibilities
➢ Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to bring current or improved products and derivatives to market.
➢ Ownership of project deliverables, including design drawings, design review action items,
supporting documentation, packaging, instruction sheets, etc.
➢ Influence, review, and critique others’ designs, ensuring best practices are followed and lessons learned are incorporated.
➢ Simultaneously support multiple projects in various phases of development
➢ Work with a team to analyze risks and root out issues early in the design process, using various internal Focal Point resources, as needed.
➢ Utilize a hands-on approach to product design, working closely with manufacturing.
