Role & responsibilities

- Conduct health check-ups and consult patients on suitable tests, health packages, and test preparation
- Supervise X-ray and imaging services, ensuring correct patient positioning, safe procedures, and timely reporting in coordination with the radiologist
- Review and validate diagnostic reports before release, in coordination with the pathologist/radiologist
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to SOPs and radiation safety norms
- Coordinate with technicians, X-ray staff, phlebotomists, and front-desk team for smooth daily operations
- Work across all Samarpan Diagnostic centres in Indore, as required by the organisation
- Counsel patients on reports, test results, and follow-up care at every centre
- Explain reports to patients and referring doctors when required, and handle critical value reporting promptly
- Organise and support health check-up camps, corporate tie-ups,



and community outreach activities in Indore
- Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate medical records

Preferred candidate profile

- MBBS degree from an NMC-recognised institution
- Valid registration with the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council or National Medical Commission
- Excellent communication and counselling skills in Hindi and English
- Robust attention to detail and a patient-first approach
- Indore: good understanding of laboratory, X-ray, and diagnostic procedures, and willingness to work at multiple centres and camps
- Prior experience in a diagnostic centre, hospital, clinic, or fertility centre
- Experience in health camps or preventive health check-ups (Indore)

- Familiarity with LIS/HIS software
