The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERMs global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERMs global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.

At the GDC, you will:

- Be part of a hub that ensures ERMs business continuity worldwide.
- Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.
- Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency in core functions.
- Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.
- Work in shifts where required, depending on the role. As processes mature and automation increases,



reliance on shifts will reduce.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day finance operations and reporting.
- Assist with financial data analysis, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist with invoice processing and AP/AR activities.
- Prepare and maintain finance trackers and reports.
- Support month-end activities, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related activities.

Qualifications

- Pursuing MBA/PGDM in Finance.
- Good understanding of basic finance and accounting concepts.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Available for a full-time 6-month internship.
