Hive Living is a growing PG accommodation brand in Bangalore, focused on providing comfortable, well-managed accommodation for students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through telecalling, WhatsApp, social media and online platforms Handle enquiries from prospective tenants and convert them into bookings Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a proper lead database Build relationships with corporate companies, HR teams and placement agencies for employee accommodation Identify new marketing opportunities to increase occupancy Manage and improve Hive Living’s presence on Instagram, Google and other online platforms Coordinate property visits and follow up until booking/payment Track competitor pricing and recommend suitable pricing/promotional offers Assist in monitoring food costs and operational expenses Prepare simple weekly reports on leads, calls, visits, bookings and occupancy Explore automation and AI tools to improve sales, marketing and customer communication Skills Required:





Good communication and convincing skills Comfortable making a high volume of calls Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp and digital marketing Valuable follow-up skills Sales-oriented and target-driven Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge Ability to approach companies and generate corporate leads Willingness to learn AI and automation tools Preferred: Experience in PG, hospitality, real estate, telecalling or sales will be an advantage.
