Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Staff role based in Chennai.

The Marketing

Staff member will support the promotion of valve services and spare parts by conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns. The role involves coordinating with the sales team to follow up on leads, prepare basic marketing materials, and maintain accurate records of marketing activities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers and prospects,



handling inquiries, gathering feedback, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility.

The position also requires collaboration with internal teams to understand service offerings and communicate them clearly to the market.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support data-driven Marketing Strategy development.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and coordination between marketing and sales activities.
- Familiarity with industrial products or technical services, preferably in valves or automation, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools for reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organized records.
