Qualification: MBA Graduates / MBA Freshers

We are looking for dynamic and energetic MBA graduates to join our Eye Hospital as Marketing Representatives.

This is a field-oriented marketing role for candidates who are confident in communication, relationship building, and business development. The primary responsibility will be to promote the hospital’s eye-care services, build referral networks, conduct field visits, and help generate new patient footfall.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits and promote the hospital’s services
- Build relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, optical stores, companies, colleges, communities, and other potential referral partners
- Generate patient enquiries and referrals through field marketing activities
- Identify new areas and opportunities for increasing patient footfall
- Organize and coordinate eye camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities
- Follow up with potential referral partners and maintain long-term relationships
- Achieve monthly marketing and patient-generation targets
- Provide regular reports on field activities, leads, referrals, and conversions
- Coordinate with the hospital team to improve marketing activities and patient acquisition

Who We Are Looking For:
- MBA graduates or freshers interested in Marketing, Sales,



or Business Development
- Agile, energetic, and comfortable with field work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in meeting new people and developing professional relationships
- Target-oriented and willing to take ownership of results
- Candidates with previous healthcare/hospital marketing experience will be an advantage
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally are preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
