Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute real estate marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Manage events, property launches, exhibitions and ATL/BTL activities.
- Coordinate digital, social media, outdoor and offline marketing.
- Manage agencies, vendors and marketing budgets.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve leads and project visibility.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Real estate experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing, events, branding and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Candidates with marketing + event management experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
