About the Role:

ESBEE Realty is looking for a hands-on Real Estate Marketing professional to manage end-to-end marketing activities for real estate projects, from pre-launch and launch through sustenance.

The role requires direct experience with real estate developers/builders and strong hands-on exposure to project marketing, campaigns, budgeting, site branding, events, agencies/vendors, marketing operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project-wise marketing strategies, activity calendars and execution plans for pre-launch, launch and sustenance phases.
- Manage project positioning, USPs, communication briefs and marketing/sales collateral including brochures, presentations, videos, walkthroughs and scale models.
- Plan and monitor project and campaign budgets, spending, commitments and variances.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across outdoor, print, radio, digital, events and activations.
- Manage site branding, hoardings, pylons, signage, sales office branding and launch readiness.
- Plan and execute project launches, customer events, channel partner meets, exhibitions and on-ground activations.
- Manage marketing agencies and vendors including briefs, quotations, negotiations, production, quality checks, installations and timelines.
- Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, billing verification and payment coordination related to marketing activities.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Presales, CRM and Project/Site teams for campaign readiness, customer communication and lead feedback.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS covering marketing activities, spending, enquiries, site visits and bookings.
- Track competitors and market trends and provide relevant inputs for project marketing strategy.





Mandatory Experience & Skills:

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Marketing.
- Hands-on experience working with a Real Estate Developer / Builder is mandatory.
- Direct experience in real estate project marketing, preferably across pre-launch, launch and sustenance phases.
- Robust hands-on exposure to project positioning, campaign planning and execution.
- Experience in marketing budgets, cost tracking and MIS/reporting.
- Experience handling site branding, hoardings, signage and sales office branding.
- Experience managing marketing agencies, vendors, quotations, negotiations and execution.
- Experience planning/executing launches, customer events, channel partner meets, exhibitions and activations.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing / lead generation and campaign performance.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Presales, CRM and Project/Site teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination and analytical skills.

Important Candidate Criteria: Candidates must have direct, hands-on marketing experience with a real estate developer/builder.

Without direct real estate developer/builder-side project marketing experience may not be suitable for this position.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate their actual involvement in real estate project launches, marketing campaigns, site branding, budgets, agencies/vendors and project-level marketing execution.

Preferred:

- Experience handling multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
- Experience with residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
- Immediate joiner or candidate with a short notice period.
