Seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing professional with a strong background in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the sales of specialized chemicals, including polymers, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers, catering to diverse industrial needs. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding market presence.

This role requires excellent communication, analytical skills, and technical expertise to manage customer support, monitor market trends, and introduce product innovations effectively.

Department: Sales & Marketing

Qualification: Bachelors of Engineering in Chemistry/Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Graduate with 5+ years in handling Polymers product sales.

Role: Responsible for selling a variety of chemicals such as coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers and polymers (Polypropylene homopolymer, copolymer,) EVA, Impact modifiers for PVC etc.

Meeting Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Targets by selling a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries.

Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules,



merchandising techniques.

Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing qualified publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.

Forecast sales to enable operations planning and introduce product innovations.

Candidate’s Profile

Ability to handle support requests from Clients on Phone and Email.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Well-versed with Tally Prime/ERP, Microsoft Office and all modems of Google apps.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated person who is a team player.
