MIRA Healthcare is a specialty healthcare organization in Chennai focused on Proctology, Hernia and Minimally Invasive Care.

We are looking for an experienced, highly driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing and patient acquisition.

- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
- Must have worked in-house as an employee of a hospital, clinic or healthcare organization
- Must have direct experience in healthcare marketing and patient acquisition
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience handling digital campaigns, lead generation and lead conversion
- Experience coordinating/managing SEO, digital and creative agencies
- Must be comfortable working full-time and in office in Chennai

Agency-only experience or marketing experience outside healthcare will not be considered. Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute MIRA’s overall marketing strategy
- Drive patient leads, appointments and conversions
- Monitor Meta, Google,



SEO and other digital campaigns
- Track CPL, lead quality, conversions and ROI
- Manage external marketing agencies and vendors
- Develop doctor-wise and specialty-wise campaigns
- Train and monitor telecallers for lead conversion
- Track the complete lead journey from enquiry → appointment → consultation → procedure
- Manage social media, website, content, creatives and videos
- Plan events, camps, outreach and offline marketing
- Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with doctors, front office and operations
- Maintain clear weekly/monthly marketing performance reports
