Role Description This is a full-time, in office Marketing Manager role based in Gurugram.

The Marketing

Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing brand positioning, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and analyzing campaign performance to inform future initiatives. The role also involves creating and reviewing marketing content, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, including campaign planning and brand positioning.
- Experience managing digital marketing activities such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Strong skills in content development, including briefing, reviewing, and optimizing marketing materials.
- Competence in using marketing analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and prepare reports.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership or managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
