IP Fibers and Trades is engaged in the manufacturing of outdoor furniture and trading of textile materials. The company focuses on expanding its market presence through direct dealer engagement, distributor development, and strong field-level execution.

We are seeking a performance-driven Field Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in field sales and dealer development within manufacturing or trading environments.

Role Overview The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing market presence, generating business leads, expanding dealer and distributor networks, and supporting revenue growth through structured field activity.

This role requires a candidate who is proactive, target-oriented, and experienced in direct market interaction. The position demands consistent field visits, relationship building, and practical sales execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development

- Identify and approach potential dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Conduct regular market visits to promote company products.
- Expand the dealer network in Gurugram and surrounding regions.
- Generate and convert business leads into confirmed orders.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and commercial terms.




- Address customer concerns and coordinate internally for resolution.

Sales Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activities and market pricing trends.
- Provide regular field reports and performance updates to management.

Brand Representation
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and market interactions.
- Promote brand visibility and product awareness across assigned territories.

Experience Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in field marketing, field sales, or channel development.
- Experience in outdoor furniture, textiles, building materials, or manufacturing products is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales or lead generation targets.
- Experience working with dealers and distributors at the ground level.

Candidates without relevant field experience may not be considered. Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently in field conditions.
- Basic reporting and MS Excel knowledge.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.

Educational Qualification
- MBA in Marketing will be mandate .

Employment Terms
- The selected candidate will be required to sign a one-year employment agreement with the company.
- A two-month probation (test period) will apply, during which performance and field effectiveness will be evaluated.
- Confirmation will be subject to satisfactory performance during the probation period.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
