Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive business development and market expansion in the Greenhouse & Pack House sector through strategic marketing, government tenders, private-sector opportunities, industry networking, and project-based business.

Location: Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi – 110019

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new companies, clients, projects, and business opportunities with support from the Tender Department.
- Target the private-sector market for greenhouse and packhouse solutions by identifying potential customers across agri-businesses, food processing companies, fresh produce businesses, exporters, retailers, institutional buyers, and other relevant industries; build client relationships and generate project opportunities for business growth.
- Develop strong relationships with government departments, agencies, clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue government tenders and project proposals.
- Build industry networks with professionals and reputed companies in the greenhouse and pack house sector.
- Execute marketing strategies to generate business and expand market presence.




- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of business development activities.
- Track tenders, project opportunities, follow-ups, and business development targets.
- Handle negotiations, client relationships, and business development independently.

Candidate Profile

- UG/PG in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of government tenders, tendering procedures, and government departments.
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, networking, and relationship management.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Candidates from greenhouse, pack house, agricultural infrastructure, or related companies will be prioritised.
- Experience in government projects, tender-based business development, liaisoning, established industry contacts, and large-scale projects will be preferred.
