About FYORA

FYORA lets businesses build and deploy AI agents that automate repetitive work without writing any code. This is our first marketing hire: you'll own how Indian SMBs and mid-market teams discover FYORA and how our sales team wins deals. You'll report directly to the founder.

What you'll do

Primary (about 70% of your time)

- Performance marketing: plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns; own lead volume, cost per lead and lead quality.
- Sales enablement: build pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, demo videos and email sequences our Business Development team uses to close.
- Set up and report on the full funnel (ad → lead → demo → pilot) with the sales team.

Secondary (about 30%)

- Content and social: run LinkedIn (company and founder), Instagram and short-form video, and publish consistently.
- Events and partnerships: choose and run industry events, communities and channel partnerships that bring qualified leads.
- Manage freelancers and agencies for design, video and copy.

What we're looking for

- 3 to 6 years in B2B marketing, ideally at a SaaS, AI or IT services company in India.




- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with campaign results you can show.
- Has built sales collateral that a sales team actually used.
- Solid writer in English; Hindi is a plus for regional campaigns.
- Comfortable with analytics: GA4, ad dashboards and spreadsheets.
- Understands AI and automation well enough to explain it simply.

First 90 days

- Ad campaigns live with full conversion tracking, then optimised and scaled
- Qualified leads per month at 2x the day-30 baseline
- Complete sales kit: deck, one-pager, 2 case studies and a demo video
- 5 LinkedIn posts a week across company and founder pages
- 2 events or partnerships launched

Compensation

Competitive fixed salary plus a quarterly performance bonus tied to marketing KPIs.
