Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in the arms and ammunition sector to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives at our Nagpur facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in defence-related marketing, B2B sales, and client engagement, with deep industry knowledge and government liaison experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote arms and ammunition products in domestic and international markets.

· Identify and pursue current business opportunities with defense organizations, paramilitary forces, law enforcement agencies, and licensed private buyers.

· Maintain strong relationships with key clients, government departments, and defense procurement agencies.

· Coordinate with product, sales, and R&D; teams to align marketing efforts with product capabilities and market needs.

· Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the industry.

· Participate in defence expos,



trade shows, and B2B events to represent the company and generate leads.

· Prepare detailed marketing reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

· Ensure all marketing and promotional materials comply with industry regulations and licensing requirements.

Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 8–15 years of marketing experience in the arms, ammunition, or defence manufacturing industry.

· Excellent understanding of defence procurement processes, government contracts, and industry compliances.

· Strong network within defence sector stakeholders (DRDO, MoD, Ordnance Factories, etc.) is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Willingness to travel for business meetings, exhibitions, and government liaising.
