About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 6–8 years of experience to join our team in Dwarka, New Delhi.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone who can manage end-to-end marketing initiatives for global B2B and SaaS clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with the US market, excellent client management skills, and the ability to lead teams and drive campaigns from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for B2B and SaaS clients.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop innovative marketing ideas to engage target audiences and drive measurable outcomes.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and key stakeholders.




- Collaborate with internal teams across content, creative, SEO, performance marketing, and other functions.
- Lead, mentor, and support marketing team members.
- Stay updated on B2B, SaaS, technology, digital marketing, and US-market trends.

What We’re Looking For

- 6–8 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong experience in B2B and SaaS marketing.
- Hands-on experience working with the US market is mandatory.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing or mentoring marketing teams.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Willingness to work with US-based clients, with working hours extending up to 10:00 PM IST.
