What you'll do

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and generate leads

- Build and leverage a strong network in the NYC market, including active engagement with relevant industry associations

- Lead content marketing and thought leadership initiatives that position the company as an industry leader

- Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email, and analyze campaign performance

- Partner with sales and account management teams to support cross-selling and upselling efforts through targeted tools and materials

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and industry engagements to promote the brand

- Own content management and messaging strategy across the marketing function

- Drive lead generation programs in coordination with sales and account teams

- Identify and manage strategic partnerships that support brand growth and market positioning

- Conduct market research to track industry trends and identify growth opportunities

- Manage and mentor a team of 6-7, covering events, messaging, and lead generation, toward department goals

- Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI





What you bring

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred

- 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation

- Established network and brand presence within the NYC market, with active industry association involvement

- Background in AI, digital transformation, or IT services marketing

- Experience partnering with sales and account teams on cross-sell/upsell initiatives

- Proven experience managing and developing a team (ideally 6+ direct reports)

- Robust understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics

- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies, campaigns, and events

- Excellent communication, leadership, and partnership-management skills

- Experience driving lead generation through the corporate website, including conversion optimization and landing page strategy

- Hands-on background with HubSpot and Salesforce for marketing automation, campaign tracking, and pipeline reporting
