Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru.

The Marketing

Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities for both the café and skincare lines, including assisting in market research, social media content support, and on-ground brand activations. The role involves helping execute marketing campaigns,



coordinating with café and retail teams to promote events and product launches, and gathering customer feedback to inform marketing strategy. The intern will contribute to community-building initiatives, support sales and promotional activities, and assist in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage guests, customers, and partners effectively.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development for café and skincare initiatives.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales and promotional activities within a consumer or lifestyle brand environment.
- Basic understanding of digital and social media marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time in a quick-paced setting.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for coffee, lifestyle brands, and community-centric experiences will be an advantage.
