Work Structure• 3 Days Office – Jhandewalan, Delhi

What You’ll Do• Create engaging social media content for Instagram and other platforms
- Design posts, stories, carousels and ads using Canva (compulsory)
- Create and edit Reels and short-form videos
- Brainstorm content ideas, hooks, campaigns and trends
- Support social media and performance marketing campaigns
- Research trends, competitors and recent content formats
- Track content performance and understand what’s working
- Work with the marketing team to take ideas from concept to execution

What We’re Looking For• Strong Canva skills are a must
- Good understanding of Instagram and social media trends
- Creative eye for design and visual storytelling
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar
- Creative, proactive and comfortable experimenting
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Open to feedback and quick to learn
