Role Description The Marketing Intern role at IILS is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the promotion of life skills and personal development programs. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with market research to understand target audiences, competitors, and trends; contributing to marketing strategy discussions; and supporting the creation of basic marketing content for digital channels. The intern will help coordinate outreach activities, assist in lead generation and follow-up,
and support sales and customer service interactions by responding to inquiries and guiding prospective participants.
The role involves regular communication with internal teams, tracking marketing performance metrics, and participating in online meetings to share updates and ideas.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with learners, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support data-driven campaigns and outreach plans.
- Candidates should possess fundamental Sales skills to assist with lead nurturing, program promotion, and enrollment support.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, analytics) is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Interest in personal development, coaching, or education-related fields is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
