Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru.

The Marketing

Intern will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote Earthiva’s sustainable building solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering customer insights, and helping prepare marketing reports and presentations. The role involves supporting digital and offline campaigns, coordinating with sales and customer-facing teams,



and contributing to content for social media, brochures, and other promotional materials. The intern will also help manage marketing databases, participate in events or site visits when needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal interaction with clients.
- Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze industry trends, and translate findings into actionable marketing insights.
- Interest or foundational knowledge in Sales and Customer Service to support lead generation and customer engagement activities.
- Basic understanding of Marketing Strategy and how to support campaign planning and execution.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivation to work in the sustainability and construction sector; prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus.
